The Foster/Adopt Support Group Meets the 4th Thursday of each month from 6-8PM

The Foster/Adopt meeting at CCS is under the umbrella of Fostering Together
We provide a safe haven for foster/adopt children & their caregivers. Dinner & childcare are provided from Birth-6th grade.

Washington State has about 10,000 foster children. Approximately 65% of these foster kids are due to neglect and 35%  from physical or other types of abuse.

James 1:27 instructs us to take care of orphans. The Foster/Adopt ministry is a great opportunity to show the love of Christ to “the least of these”

Remember the Foster advertisement for Sleep Country“Not everyone can be a foster parent, but everyone can help a foster child”

CCS reaches out to the Kent Community with the love of Christ by repairing homes of low income residents.

If you would like to be involved, projects offer a variety of opportunities for a wide range of skills. What a neat way to serve God by loving people.
